These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Prestige Book Publishers services, including ghostwriting, editing, cover design, marketing, and publishing services (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Prestige Book Publishers provides professional writing, editing, design, and publishing support as agreed in an individual project scope. Deliverables, timelines, and revision rounds are defined per engagement.

2. Ownership & Rights

Upon full payment, the client retains 100% ownership of the completed work, including all rights to the manuscript and related materials produced for the project.

3. Confidentiality

All client information, manuscripts, and project details are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties without written consent.

4. Payment

Projects are typically structured with a deposit followed by milestone or completion-based payments, as outlined in your individual proposal.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur further cost.
